Defective on Arrival? We Replace It.

If any product arrives damaged or non-functional due to manufacturing issues, we will replace it at no charge. Simply notify us within the initial inspection period and we will arrange a prompt replacement with minimal inconvenience.

One-Year Warranty on Handheld Refractometers

All of our handheld refractometers come with a 1-year warranty that covers material and workmanship defects under normal use. During this period, we will repair or replace any faulty unit free of charge.

Free Lifetime Maintenance Support

Even beyond the warranty period, we continue to support our customers with free lifetime maintenance service, including:
